At Intimo, we want you to feel confident and comfortable in every piece; if your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all garments remain unworn, unwashed, and with original hygiene seals and tags intact.

Return Process

  Log into our online returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return slip inside the parcel to ensure fast processing.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, a refund or store credit will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
